By using Klippo, you acknowledge that some of the platform’s outputs — such as clip suggestions, transcripts, titles, captions, and summaries — are generated automatically by AI systems. These outputs are provided for assistance and creative support only, not as definitive or factual representations.

2. AI Technologies Used

Klippo uses AI models developed and hosted by trusted third-party providers, including but not limited to:

• Google Gemini (multimodal processing)
• AssemblyAI (speech-to-text and transcription)
• Internal proprietary models for clip selection, smart cropping, and formatting.

All data processed through these models follows GDPR-compliant procedures and is protected by encryption and access control.

3. Nature of AI-Generated Outputs

The outputs produced by Klippo’s AI systems — such as suggested clips, captions, summaries, or highlight recommendations — are automatically generated and may contain:

• inaccuracies or misinterpretations;
• incomplete or contextually irrelevant results;
• content derived from subjective assessments of “excitement,” “emotion,” or “engagement.”

Klippo does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated output.

• You are solely responsible for how you use, edit, or share AI-generated content.
• You will not publish or distribute any generated material that infringes copyright, privacy, or third-party rights.

5. No Liability for AI Errors

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klippo disclaims all liability for damages, losses, or disputes arising from AI-related errors, omissions, or misclassifications. This includes (but is not limited to):

• incorrect clip selection or timestamps,
• misleading captions or summaries,
• unintended inclusion of sensitive or copyrighted content,
• technical issues or downtime caused by third-party AI providers.

All AI outputs are offered “as is”, without any warranty, explicit or implied.

6. Intellectual Property of AI Outputs

The AI-generated materials (clips, text, captions, titles) are based on the user’s original input (their live stream). Therefore:

• Users retain ownership of their original video content.
• Klippo does not claim ownership of the AI-generated outputs.
• However, Klippo retains a limited license to process and temporarily store such outputs for technical and operational purposes (e.g., display in dashboard, analytics, debugging).

7. Transparency & Human Oversight

Klippo is committed to transparency and responsible use of AI. All users are informed that the platform uses automated systems for video analysis and content generation. The platform maintains human oversight at key stages — including review and approval of clips — to prevent misuse or misleading automation.
